I worked on electronics in the Marine Corps and I've always been a 'troubleshooter' so not being able to solve this issue was really bothering me. This has been bugging the hell out of me for nearly the last week. I hope this works for others and is helpful. Enter code on the CoD website and you'll be presented with a new QR code to scan from your authenticator app.If you choose to reactivate it you will be sent another email with a code. You can either leave it deactivated or you can choose to reactivate it.You should now be back in your account.It will now prompt you asking for more 'location information' (at least it did for me.) Enter the information it requests.Follow the links in the email and change your password. ![]() Open your Google Authenticator app on the new iPhone to enroll the token. Choose the iPhone (or Android, the algorithm on how to switch Google Authenticator to new phone is the same for both) and click Next.
